Elvis Langha, CPA/PFS, EA, MBA, MSC

Elvis is the founder and principal of LGE Advisory Services, an MD-based accounting firm. Before founding the firm, Elvis built an extensive career spanning over a decade in various accounting and finance roles. During this time, he collaborated with professionals at all levels of management, helping to develop tailored solutions for complex financial challenges. His ability to understand the intricacies of business operations has made him a trusted advisor to business owners and individuals, as he works tirelessly to streamline their processes and enhance their financial strategies. As a result, he has become the go-to expert for tax and business consulting matters.

Elvis holds two Masters degrees that have shaped his deep understanding of business and finance. He earned a Master of Science in Business and Finance from Erlangen-Nuremberg University in Germany and an MBA from the Universities of Baltimore and Towson. His academic background provides a solid foundation for his practical expertise.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Maryland, Elvis is a dedicated American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) member, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards. Additionally, he is an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Elvis's professional qualifications extend beyond accounting—he also possesses life and health insurance licenses, further expanding his ability to offer comprehensive financial solutions. Elvis has earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential, a prestigious designation awarded by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) that recognizes excellence in personal financial planning for accountants. This credential demonstrates his advanced expertise and commitment to delivering comprehensive financial guidance to clients.

Fluent in French and German, Elvis is equipped to serve a diverse clientele and bridge cultural gaps in the business world. Beyond his professional work, Elvis is an active member of his community, serving on the boards of several local non-profit organizations, where he provides pro bono consulting services to support their growth and sustainability.

Through his work, Elvis combines expertise, experience, and a genuine passion for helping others navigate the complexities of business and finance.


Candyce Langha

LGE Advisory is pleased to welcome Candyce Langha to the team. A graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Communications and Marketing, Candyce brings a wealth of knowledge and over a decade of experience in management and business operations. Her background spans the financial, retail, and customer service industries, making her a well-rounded and strategic addition to the firm.

In her role, Candyce oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. She is a dynamic presence in the workplace—an effective leader, motivator, and problem-solver who consistently puts the company’s best interests first. Her colleagues know they can rely on her to drive results and foster a positive team environment.

Outside of the office, Candyce enjoys watching movies, traveling the world, exploring new cuisines, and spending quality time with her husband and their two children.


Taylor Smith

Taylor Smith is the Project Manager at LGE Advisory and joined the firm in 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Baltimore, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. With a strong background in operations and client relations, Taylor plays a key role in coordinating projects, streamlining office workflows, and supporting the overall success of the firm.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills and clear communication style, Taylor ensures that daily operations run smoothly while fostering a collaborative, client-focused environment. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence have made her an invaluable member of the team. A true “one-stop shop” for office and project management, Taylor is always looking for creative ways to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys DJing, cooking, traveling, and doing makeup. She is also an accomplished pianist, finding inspiration and balance through music. Her wide range of interests and dynamic energy bring a unique and personal touch to everything she does—both professionally and personally.


Renise Rodriguez

Renise Rodriguez joined LGE Advisory in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in administrative and payroll services. She is a graduate of Kaplan University, where she earned a degree in Public Health and Health Sciences. With years of experience in both the private and government sectors, Renise is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in every aspect of her work.

Outside the office, Renise enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She has a passion for cooking and loves trying out new recipes, especially for family dinners and gatherings. A movie enthusiast, she appreciates everything from classic films to the latest releases and values those quiet moments to unwind. Whether she’s exploring new dishes, enjoying a night in with a great film, or creating memories with her family, Renise brings the same warmth and care to her personal life as she does to her professional role.
