Elvis Langha, CPA, EA, MBA, MSC

Prior to starting the firm, he held various accounting and finance positions for over a decade where he interacted with various levels of management to assist in providing solutions to complex financial issues. He works closely with business owners and individuals to continuously improve their processes and is the go-to person in tax and business consulting matters.

He holds two Masters degrees:

MS Business and Finance from Erlangen-Nuremberg University (Germany) and
MBA from the Universities of Baltimore and Towson.

He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Maryland and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Elvis is also an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS. He understands the life and health insurance industry and possesses a license in these areas. He is fluent in French and German languages.

Elvis is also a board member of some local non-profit organizations where he provides pro bono consulting advice.

When he’s not at the office Elvis enjoys rooting for the Baltimore Ravens, traveling and spending time with his wife and their son Cameron.

Candyce Langha

The LGE firm is pleased to welcome Candyce Langha to the team. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Communications and Marketing.

Candyce brings over a decade of management and business operations experience from previous roles in the financial, retail, and customer service industries. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that procedures are being followed.

Candyce is a powerful force in the office and always strives to keep the company’s best interests in mind. She is a strong leader and motivator, and her team knows they can always count on her to get the job done.

When she’s not at the office, Candyce enjoys watching movies, traveling around the world, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband and their son Cameron.

Taylor Smith

Taylor Smith joined LGE Advisory in 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing.

Taylor is a highly organized and efficient individual who ensures that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis. She is a strong communicator and has a proven track record of building positive relationships with our clients.

Taylor’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable asset here at LGE Advisory. She is a team player who is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.

Taylor is truly a “one-stop shop” when it comes to office management and is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the office.

When she’s not at the office, Taylor enjoys DJ’ing, cooking, and traveling. She also has a passion for doing makeup.

Taylor Epps

Our Staff Accountant has been with LGE Advisory for one year. She’s a graduate of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting.

Taylor brings experience working in public and private accounting. She is efficient in bookkeeping, tax services and payroll processing. She has a strong attention to detail and works to ensure our clients experience seamless services.

When she’s not at the office, Taylor enjoys trying new foods and listening to music.
